Preset timers
← All toolsThe same countdown instrument, arriving with the time already dialled in. Each page is one tap from a running timer, keeps counting when the tab is in the background, and rings an alarm generated on the spot rather than downloaded. Nothing you set here leaves the tab.
30 Second Timer
Half a minute, read off a clock instead of a headcount
90 Second Timer
The rest interval between sets, held to the second
2 Minute Timer
The brushing standard, the two-minute rule, one tap to start
3 Minute Timer
A boxing round, a brisk cup of tea, a very runny egg
5 Minute Timer
Five minutes that stay five minutes
10 Minute Timer
Long enough to finish something small, short enough to commit to
15 Minute Timer
A quarter hour, boxed off and enforced
20 Minute Timer
The nap length, the eye-break interval, the ice pack
25 Minute Timer
One Pomodoro interval, without the cycle around it
30 Minute Timer
Half an hour, for the oven, the gym and the calendar
45 Minute Timer
Longer than a study block, shorter than the hour
1 Hour Timer
Sixty minutes, counted from a real clock
90 Minute Timer
The length of a match, a film, a lecture, a cycle
2 Hour Timer
Two hours, for the things you walk away from
Egg Timer
Soft, medium or hard — timed from the boil, not from the hob
Need a length that is not here?
The countdown timer takes anything up to 23 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds. These pages exist for the handful of durations common enough that typing them in every time is a nuisance — and because a page that already knows it is a five minute timer can say something useful about five minutes.
For work intervals with breaks built in, the Pomodoro timer runs the whole cycle rather than a single stretch. For repeating rounds, the interval timer handles work and rest phases with a set number of rounds.
