Alarm Clock

Pick a time and clocklab arms an alarm for it — a small red marker appears on the bezel showing exactly where on the clock face it will ring, while the hour and minute hands keep tracking the real current time. When the clock reaches that mark, it rings until you dismiss it.

Set a time and tap Set Alarm — this tab must stay open for the alarm to ring.

How to use the Alarm Clock

  1. Pick a time in the Alarm time field — it defaults to five minutes from now.
  2. Tap Set Alarm — a red marker appears on the dial at that position, and the status line confirms the armed time.
  3. Leave the tab open. When the current time reaches the alarm, the display flashes and an alarm sounds.
  4. Tap Stop Alarm to dismiss it — check Repeat daily first if you want it to automatically re-arm for the same time tomorrow.

FAQ

Does the alarm ring if I close the tab?
No — like any browser-based tool, clocklab needs the tab to stay open (it can be in the background) to check the time and ring the alarm. It doesn't run as a background service or send notifications when closed.
What if I set a time that's already passed today?
clocklab automatically arms it for that time tomorrow instead, so you never accidentally set an alarm in the past.
What does the red dot on the dial mean?
It marks where your alarm time falls on the 12-hour clock face — a quick visual check that you've set the time you meant to, at a glance.
Can I have more than one alarm?
This tool arms one alarm at a time, kept simple on purpose. Use the Countdown Timer alongside it if you need a second, independent alert.
